🌞 Stay Cool, Stay Safe! 💧
Hot weather can be tough—especially for older adults. Caregivers, here are some simple but powerful tips to help your loved ones beat the heat:

✅ Hydrate Often: Water is a must! Encourage small sips throughout the day, even if they don’t feel thirsty.
🏠 Keep It Cool: Use fans, A/C, or cool, damp cloths. Stay indoors during peak heat (11AM–4PM).
👕 Dress Light: Loose, light-colored clothing helps the body breathe.
🌿 Eat Smart: Light meals, like fruit or salads, are easier on the body in heat.
🧴 Sun Safety: Use sunscreen, wear hats & sunglasses when outdoors.
🚨 Know the Signs: Watch for dizziness, headaches, nausea, or confusion—signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

💡 A little prep goes a long way. Let’s protect our health and each other this summer! ☀️❤️
