Back in tomorrow at 7.00pm with Awareness Through Movement classes. This is one of my favourite places to teach - it’s a fantastic community facility where on any given evening you will find elite athletes training alongside children’s dance classes, yoga, a knitting class, guitar lessons, ladies football and...Awareness Through Movement classes...to name but a few.
