Practitioner and a Yoga Teacher for over a decade and a half. Living in Glenville, Co. Cork area for 25 plus years.

Here to share my yoga journey with you through movement, meditation and breath awareness, to support and improve our general well-being I stumbled into a yoga studio over a decade and a bit ago where my main objective was to get fit. At the time I knew very little about yoga, but that first class had me hooked. Through the practice of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, I felt all the many benefits of yoga internally and that also showed on the outside. It has since been my passion to share this ancient practice with anyone (of any age) to experience for themselves what yoga has to offer. As well as providing a whole range of positive effects, yoga brings pleasure into our lives- you can explore and get to know your own body or yourself as whole. Qualified as a Yoga Teacher in Hatha, Transformation, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yoga Teaching with Health and Wellbeing, my classes are individual orientated meaning I work with whoever is in front of me rather that a set class plan which might not suit everyone. My holistic approach focuses on creating harmony and unity between mind, body and energy. Yoga is such a broad area of study constantly evolving and I am forever a student

Last day of 2025, hello 2026, we made it. Every year we all have resolutions, good intentions to start the year healthier, fitter, more self care etc.etc.

✨️But what we lack is consistancy, come February the motivation is gone because we are looking for quick fixes. Guess what life isn't like that and we know this too.

✨️Sometimes setting ourselves some targets or goals may help.

✨️Sometimes keeping a journal/log of activities, achievements, progress or failures may also motivate us to keep at our intentions.

✨️If you join classes in your local community it's usually less expensive and convenient

Looking back and reflecting as the year 2025 come to a close. This is my yoga, my anchor, always supporting me, forever learning, evolving and always grateful. So showing up daily on my mat is very important whether it is meditating, asana, or pranayama. Consistancy is the key.

✨️My heart is full of gratitude for being able teach yoga to lovely ladies who have been consistent and now understand what the practice of yoga does to your body and mind, they get it. I am so lucky to be part their yoga journey. I'm doing it because I know the benefits and I love sharing them.

✨️Yoga keeps me grounded, it keeps me sane, it keeps me happy, it gives me peace, it regulates me and above all, it supports my aging bones and joints by keeping them mobile, flexible, strong and supple.

✨️The best thing about yoga is that it meets you where you are. You don't have to be flexible to start, if you can breath you can do yoga.

✨️This evening I had such a joy guiding these yoginis in to a relaxing and meditative yoga nidra. Thank you ladies for always showing up for yourselves.🧘‍♀️🙏❤️

✨️Our next block starts on the 12th January 2026.

Tomorrow is the last day of 2025 Yoga class with Pabs in Glenville and these past few weeks we've been exploring themes like Winter wellness ( Backbends), Fireside yoga (Twists & Core work), Gift of gratitude (Heart opening), Festive energy (Balancing), Christmas stress relief (Hip openers) and tomorrow we are finishing with a few relaxing poses followed by a cosy yoga nidra and some light treats 🧑‍🎄.

Maybe now is the time for you to join yoga. You are welcome to give a try, it's local.
