First Aid training and instruction for everyone. We will be having first aid courses up and running this summer. Ideal for kids, adults, singles and groups!

If you want to learn CPR (thats pressing on the chest), or how to use a defibrillator (thats the one in medical TV shows where they shout 'clear' and shock the patient) then contact us. Lastly, "why Staying Alive?" I hear you ask ... well, thats the song you sing to yourself when doing CPR in order to keep the correct speed for compression. Cool, eh?
