Hello, new and returning yogis! Our New Year term at Little Wing Yoga Studio is about to begin, and we can’t wait to roll out the mats with you. Expect supportive, all‑levels classes with weekly themes to help you build consistency, feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

3:30–4:15 pm — Kids Yoga
6:30–7:30 pm — Men’s Yoga
8:00–9:00 pm — Gentle Flow Yoga
