We are beckoned through the door
Into a new year.
Go forward slowly..no need to rush,
everything is waiting for you.

💚 New Year, New Term — 6‑Week Yoga Series ✨

Hello, new and returning yogis! Our New Year term at Little Wing Yoga Studio is about to begin, and we can’t wait to roll out the mats with you. Expect supportive, all‑levels classes with weekly themes to help you build consistency, feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

Booking is essential, and spaces are limited—snag your spot early! Priority booking for all current members. 🧘‍♀️✨

Starts: January 6th
Duration: 6 weeks
Investment: €80 for the full 6‑week term
Location: Little Wing Yoga Studio, Ballyconnell

🌻Tuesdays

6:00–7:00 pm — Beginners Yoga
7:30–8:30 pm — Pregnancy Yoga

✨Wednesdays

10:00–11:00 am — Morning Yoga (All Levels)
11:30 am–12:30 pm — Chair Yoga

1:15 - 2pm — Lunchtime Yoga
3:30–4:15 pm — Kids Yoga

6:30–7:30 pm — Men’s Yoga
8:00–9:00 pm — Gentle Flow Yoga

7:30–8:30 pm — Ashtanga–Vinyasa Flow

Announcement: Last‑Minute Restorative Yoga Session

Hey lovely yogis,

I’m adding a last‑minute restorative yoga session tomorrow night, just before Christmas Eve — a cosy pre‑holiday reset to help you unwind, restore, and head into the festivities feeling grounded and calm. ✨🕯️

When: Tuesday, 7:30–9:00pm
Cost: €20
Style: Restorative Yoga (long, supported holds with props; super gentle and deeply restful)

Why restorative yoga (especially right before the holidays)?

• Deeply calms the nervous system and reduces stress.
• Improves sleep quality and helps release tension in the body.
• Supports mental clarity and emotional balance.
• Gently opens the body without strain — perfect if you’re feeling tired or overwhelmed.
• Replenishes energy and boosts resilience for busy days.
• Encourages mindful breathing and presence so you can actually enjoy the holiday season.
• Creates a pocket of quiet time just for you — a reset before the gatherings, travel, and to-dos.

Bring cosy layers (warm socks, long sleeves) and, if you have them, a blanket, a bolster, and an eye pillow. I’ll have props at the studio as well.
