Cancer Fund for Children is inviting the local community to a special Information Evening about the development of Daisy Lodge—a unique, therapeutic short break facility being built on the shores of Lough Corrib in Cong. 🏞️

🗓 Date: Tuesday, 9th September
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM
📍 Location: Lydon’s Lodge Hotel, Cong

Join us to learn more about this purpose-built centre that will provide vital support to children, young people, and families affected by cancer across Ireland. 💙 This session will also give you the chance to ask questions and hear about the positive impact it will have on our community.

To kick off Heritage Week, we're unwrapping a Real Heritage Hamper and welcoming live in studio members of the newly crowned Senior All Ireland Céilí Band – Achill's Glór na dTonn Céilí Band, who won big at the All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil in Wexford! 🏆

These incredible musicians aren’t just talented performers; many are multi-instrumentalists, champion singers, dancers, and fluent Irish speakers. Some are also passionate music teachers, passing down our rich cultural heritage to the next generation.

It’s a full heritage experience on Ceol agus Ealáíon tonight with Joe Byrne at 10pm! 🎤
