I'm delighted to be holding 4 weeks of Mindfulness practice in Bridgeways Family Resource Centre, Ballymahon. And thanks to them, these sessions are only €3 per person! Excellent video for anyone looking to improve their core strength for whatever reason. Slow and control movements are where you will really build strength and awareness of the core and you will definitely feel the 🔥 👌
