A lifelong supporter of Ballymore GAA and LGFA.

Regenerate Athletic Therapy was established by Teresa Gorman, a certified Athletic Therapist registered with Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI) and a STOTT Pilates instructor. Born and raised in Ballymore Eustace, Teresa’s early involvement in the local GAA community ignited her passion for sports and exercise. It has always been her lifelong dream to contribute to the community by establishing a business in Ballymore.

At Regenerate Athletic Therapy, the mission is to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal injuries. A wonderful and much used addition to our community.

There's an Activator Poles Festival coming to Blessington!

Ready to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy the great outdoors? Come along for a fun and friendly walk along the beautiful Blessington Greenway as part of our Activator Poles Festival!
This event is the perfect way to get active, breathe in some fresh air, and have a laugh along the way.
