Spent 2 days with Leslie, a wonderful teacher in Emmett Technique, brushing up on my Emmett skills 👏💖💖 Such a great therapy. There were so many improvements in our bodies, even in the practice we were doing, a full body treatment gives much more.

It has been a while since I posted, as I was busy being a Nana with this bundle of joy. Lincoln is now 5 months old and has gone back to his home in Australia.

It was an absolute pleasure to help my daughter in anyway I could so she could focus on being his Mum. As you see I did get cuddles🥰.

This is such an important time and a real busy time, especially if there is a toddler as well. So don't forget to ask for help, so you as a Mum get enough rest, sleep and nourishment.
Or indeed if you can, offer help to a new Mother, it is so important.
