The Sunflower Life Coach and Wellness Centre ( formerly An Colleen Deas) is situated in the Heart of Ballyshannon. Fiona is a Spiritual Teacher, Reiki Master, Workshop Leader based on the philosophies of Louise L Hay and has a wide range of holistic to help you heal your Heart and Mind. At The Sunflower Life Coach and Wellness Centre, Fiona helps people to transform their lives from the inside out. The key to unlocking our inner beauty and allowing it to shine. At the centre I have Spiritual Evening Classes, One day workshop and 2 day workshops. Fiona is very much a spiritualist, Reiki, Angel Healing, Reflexology, Life Coaching, Massage therapies to help people heal in a way that she has. After suffering from depression as a result of the recession and her career as a Beauty Therapist she started her healing journey by meditating, receiving holistic treatments and practicing the philosophies of Louise L Hay her inner beauty began to shine, for her true love was indeed the healing arts.
