You may lie down or sit (easier for some).
Only necessary to remove your shoes - but do wear loose and comfortable clothing.

This is healing on every level - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.

Sessions designed to deeply relax you and allow you to tap into your inner wisdom and your self-healing abilities.
