What I Do!

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Lifestyle Coach. I studied with CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine); am a member of ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners – a professional organisation representing qualified Nutritional Therapists) and am fully insured.

I am a passionate advocate of eating what nature provided for us. This includes well sourced and sustainable animal products. I will educate you on the myths about food and guide you in making better choices when shopping.

I will also look at your lifestyle to see if improvements could be made such as your personal and cleaning products, the environment you live in; your stress levels, sleep patterns, work environment, exercise regime (too little or too much) etc
