My advice to clients is that self-care has to be "non-negotiable" as we get older, especially for women in peri- and post-menopause. I took my own advice! I've got the exercise covered, now Gwenright Nutrition helping me to fine tune my health for my future. Solid & practical advice, Gwen has such a depth of knowledge, but somehow manages to make it feel easy and enjoyable!!

1️⃣ Discovery Call
How about you get started with a FREE discovery call? 15-20mins where you can tell me about what you need help with and we can figure out how I can best support you

2️⃣ In person Introduction Session
A 30 minute session for only €30 (which is taken off my package price if you decide to work with me for a longer period of time) - available in and in Hani Holistic Centre next door to - you’ll get 3-5 recommendations and be able to start start straight away!

3️⃣ Thrive with Gwen Facebook Group
For women over 35 - €45/ month- including a weekly live from me, challenges, recipes and so much more! Ideal if you want a community of women plus expert guidance from me

4️⃣ Nutrition Power Hour
Available online and in person this is 60mins where you basically pick my brain on anything nutrition related! It could be something like helping a fussy eater, post operation recovery, eating for happy periods in perimenopause etc - you will get a quick summary and 5 recipes afterwards

5️⃣ Nutritional Therapy with Coaching packages
One 2 hour initial consultation plus 4 months of coaching! Payable monthly, with the price depending on the amount of support you need. Includes weekly check ins, biweekly calls/ consultations, extra recipes and FREE membership in my Facebook Group for my Premium Support Clients

We've had so much rain the past six weeks... I've definitely been using it as an excuse to be more sedentary, along with mollycoddling a minor back strain.
Gave myself a "talking to" after work yesterday 😜🤪 and headed up the hill despite the rain. And it felt so GOOD!!

My role is to support pain reduction, I do not diagnose or judge: examples like this can help us recognise how complex and multifactorial pain experience can be.
