Hello everyone,
I'm sharing a healing modality very close to my heart, and this vibration is all about the heart. Many of us are broken hearted about the harm we have inflicted on ourselves, each other and the planet over many lifetimes.
We cannot solve our personal or collective problems with the same patterns thinking and ways of being that created them. In my view, a radical shift into heart-centred consciousness is required. This is easier said than done and none of us can do it alone, nor are we meant to.
Depression, anxiety and all kinds of dark nights of the soul can be breakthroughs trying to happen. They can be new, strong, fierce aspects of ourselves attempting to be born. They can be signs of an identity shift. I see so many sensitive people losing hope and feeling isolated, identifying with the fear they are here to heal. If this is you at the moment, please know that you are not the fear, you are the unchanging light that meets it. This is the vibration, the deep knowing that I hold for you.

Whether you are in a lt of pain and really struggling or just need an energy boost and some inspiration, you will be met with compassion and understanding. As a practitioner my aim is always to reconnect you with your own wisdom.

Happy St.Brigid's day everyone! For me, St.Brigid is 'She of the Twinkling Eyes'. Blessings and thanks to my dear friend Aoife Ni Carthaigh from whose lips I first heard this story . . .

As the story is told, St. Brigid went to the King of Leinster to tell him she needed land upon which to build a convent.

"You do, do you?" replied the king. "How much do you need?"
"We need only the land my cloak will cover - no more", answered Brigid.
"Well if that's all!" said the amused king, "You shall have it. That can be settled easily."

Brigid removed her cloak and laid it on the ground. Then to the absolute amazement of everyone watching, the cloak began to grow. It grew and grew. It stretched all round at once, stretching itself out. Startled the king jumped back. The cloak was like a living thing.

Finally it stopped. Brigid looked around her. In every direction her cloak stretched. It covered acre upon acre of rich, green pastureland, on which to make her convent. With twinkling eyes she said, "Thanks be to God.”
