Hurley: Neuromuscular Therapy Welcome to Hurley: Neuromuscular Therapy, a NMT and Sports Massage Clinic which also features a full fitted rehabilitation gym space.

We offer chronic pain and sport injury treatment as well as exercise rehab and retraining. One of West Cork's most highly qualified therapist & trainer. As a certified Neuromuscular Therapist with qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, exercise rehabilitation my approach to helping you with your pain or sports injury is unique. My focus is to see a client as few times as possible, this means from the outset we are looking at the most practical way to get you back to full health. Treatments include NMT and massage techniques and then progress on to mobility and strength based exercise to maintain the benefits recieved from treatment.

DECEMBER IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.

I have a waiting list in place and any slots not taken from the waiting list will appear online on a first come first serve basis.

Delighted to be so busy, anyone with questions or wants appointments in January bookings are now open online or via WhatsApp.

Booking link and voucher booking link will appear in my stories Daily. Physical gift vouchers will be available from next week.

I made my way over to my former club of Skibbereen rowing club on Saturday morning to drop over 2 sets of leg recovery systems to help in their final stages of prep for the Irish National Rowing Championships.

While nothing beats sleep, hydration, nutrition & movement for recovery, the boots will assist in the later stages of their taper and in-between races in Inniscara next weekend. I often incorporate the boots into my sports therapy treatment with athletes.

At Hurley NMT I provide a number of services, primarily related to the the treatment of chronic pain but I also spend a lot of time working with athletes; assisting them with ongoing injuries, recovery strategies and training advice.
