rk. I am a yoga teacher with a dedicated practice of over 23years. I’m trained in Vinyasa yoga, TRE provider, Somatic Education Coach, extensive training in Yin yoga, TCM and meditation. I focus a lot on embodiment and mindfulness so students can find peace and ease. It has been a joy and an honour to see my students grow and develop their own practice over the years. I’m a Master Herbalist for the last 10 years helping people with numerous conditions such as irritable bowel, menopausal symptoms, skin conditions, sugar cravings, Lymes disease, fertility issues, sleep disturbance, fibromyalgia.

I am so excited to be offering a group workshop of TRE, Trauma and tension releasing exercises. I have seen this practice do wonders for myself. It has got rid of my migraines. Also for my many one to one clients I have worked with, from better sleep and energy to reduced anxiety. It works at such a deep level with very little effort.
Magic happens in group workshops so I hope you can join me.
