A yoga class for new parents and baby.

A gentle, nurturing class designed to support both you and your baby.

This class combines soft postnatal movement, breathwork, and relaxation for parents, with playful stretches, songs, and bonding time with baby.

We focus on rebuilding strength safely, easing tension in the shoulders, back and hips, and creating space for rest in your day.

Babies enjoy simple movements to support their development, digestion, and relaxation — always at their own pace.

There’s plenty of time for feeding, changing, and comforting, making this a relaxed, judgement-free space to connect with your little one and with other parents.

Perfect for babies from 6 weeks until crawling (or whenever feels right for you).

A safe, welcoming space for all to chat, have a cuppa and bond with your baby.
