Meditative Qi Gong
A gentle return to body, breath, and inner stillness
This studio-based class is a soft yet powerful space to slow down and reconnect.
We begin with meditative Qi Gong — slow, flowing movements combined with conscious breath to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore natural energy. The practice is designed to feel spacious rather than structured or performative.
There is no pressure to “keep up.”
No expectation to push.
Just rhythmic movement, awareness, and presence.
As the body settles, we transition into a guided meditation to deepen the sense of grounding and internal clarity. The session closes with immersive sound to help integrate the experience, allowing your system to fully soften and recalibrate.
