Step into a gentle, heart-centered space made just for postpartum mothers and their little ones đź’ž

Monthly meet-ups and private Facebook group for a nurturing postpartum designed especially for mums in the 4th trimester and their babies.
This gentle and supportive space includes a strengthening yoga flow for you, guided calm relaxation, journalling, and a women's circle to share and connect with others on the same journey.
Enjoy baby yoga, songs, playful interaction, and moments of deep connection together.
Rebuild your strength, find stillness, and connect with yourself and a beautiful community of mothers.
No yoga experience needed—just come as you are.

Join me for a weekly Pregnancy Yoga in the gorgeous Maitri Yoga Studio in Drogheda, this class offers much more than just stretching and breathing—it’s designed to empower you mentally, emotionally, and physically for pregnancy, labour, birth and into motherhood.

What to expect:
-Movement to relieve tension and pregnancy aches and pains, especially in the back, hips, and shoulders.
-Stretching to strengthen muscles used in labour and support pelvic health.
-Breathing techniques to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety and stress, and aid body awareness.
-Build mindfulness techniques, creating a sense of calm and connection to your baby.
-Connect with a like-minded community of other pregnant people.
-Deep relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques to release fear and tension.
-Positive birth affirmations to reframe birth as natural and empowering.
-Visualisation exercises to help prepare mentally for birth.

More benefits include improved circulation, digestion, and sleep. Modifications given for each trimester and common pregnancy issues.

Join Bernadette and Vicki for a peaceful Morning Pregnancy Retreat designed especially for expectant mamas. This special retreat is designed to nurture both mama and baby with intentional calm mindful movement, and antenatal education.

Flow through gentle prenatal yoga, soak in evidence-based birth information and connect with a community that’s walking this beautiful path with you. We'll end the morning with nourishing refreshments and heartfelt conversation/journaling.

When: Saturday 10th May, 10am-12.30
Where: Four Swans Therapy, Duleek
Bring: A yoga mat, comfy clothes, some water and your beautiful bump.

I get asked all the time how I balance it all...the reality of being a primary school teacher, a mom, and a yoga teacher, is all about embracing the chaos!

Teaching has always been my passion—whether it’s guiding little ones through their learning journey in school, leading playful and engaging kids' yoga classes, or supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and menopause.

I truly believe yoga is for every stage of life. ❤️

My kids' and family yoga classes are all about fun, creativity, and helping children build confidence, focus, and resilience in a joyful way. 

For women navigating the changes of menopause, I offer gentle, supportive practices to ease symptoms, boost energy, and promote overall well-being.

In motherhood, I know how important it is to find moments of calm, connection, and self-care in the midst of busy days. That’s why I love creating a safe, welcoming space where women can move, breathe, and bond—whether with their growing baby bumps or their little ones by their side. 

Join me on this journey of motherhood, movement, and mindfulness. Let’s support each other, find strength and beauty in our bodies, and embrace the chaos and joy in every stage!

P.S the reality is I don't balance it all, all the time! I have great supports, I take time off when I need to and each day my kids grow bigger and more able I get the tiniest little bit more time to do all that I do!

Immerse yourself in this unique Mother's Circle to find peace, connection, and rejuvenation, on Saturday 18th January.

This Mother's Circle workshop is for all mothers no matter the stage of your journey, it will include yoga, meditation and the opportunity to share your experiences of motherhood through conversation and /or journalling within the safe space of a women's circle, as well as spending some time in deep rest.

Taking place in the beautiful Maitri Yoga Studio in Drogheda, this workshop is approximately 1.5 hours long, (2pm-3.30pm).

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, all props as well as tea and biscuits will be provided. No experience of yoga is necessary.

Take this opportunity to prioritise your well-being and self-care, leave feeling relaxed, supported, and connected.

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I did an introduction post on here and since I have quite a few new followers and it's the new year I thought I'd share some information about me and my small business Yoga with Bee.

I am Bernadette, proud mom of three amazing, fun and busy kids, ages 12, 10 and 7, and I'm married to Colin, my surf and pottery obsessed husband. As a family we love food, movies, travel, reading and walks on the beach with our energetic cockapoo.
I have been a primary school teacher for the last 18 years and work part time in a local primary school, and I love all things stationery and crafts.

I started Yoga with Bee 5 years ago when we came home to Ireland after thirteen years living in Scotland. We moved to be closer to family and it's been one of the best decisions we made. I love that my kids get to grow up alongside their cousins and be close to their grandparents and aunties and uncles.

I have been practising yoga since my early twenties and had always dreamed of becoming a yoga teacher. I started with teaching yoga to kids and continued doing more teacher trainings, I love learning and developing my skills to support women and their families.

Join me again this year for a fun Halloween themed Family Yoga class in Julianstown Community Centre on Sunday 27th October.
Take the time to bond, to have fun, to play, cuddle and relax together.

Family yoga is a holistic and enjoyable approach to improving mental health and wellbeing. Quality time doing yoga as a family can develop a variety of important skills in children; communication, confidence and self acceptance. This class can help strengthen our connection, promote emotional regulation and have fun moving our bodies in a nurturing, safe, non-competitive and inclusive environment.

This class includes breath work, movement, meditation and relaxation all while having FUN.
All bodies, family types and ages are welcome and no experience of yoga needed, just a positive attitude to participate.
