Join me for a fun Halloween themed Family Yoga class in Julianstown Community Centre on Monday 27th October 2025.
Take the time to bond, to have fun, to play, cuddle, and relax together.

Quality time doing yoga as a family can build communication skills, confidence, and self-esteem. This class can help strengthen our connection, promote emotional regulation, and have fun moving our bodies in a nurturing, safe, non-competitive, and inclusive environment.

This class includes breath work, movement, meditation, and relaxation, all while having FUN.

All bodies, family types, and ages are welcome, and no experience of yoga necessary, just a positive open attitude to participate.

I'm Bernadette, and I’m passionate about bringing the gift of yoga to the whole family! Whether you're expecting, recovering, or looking for fun with your children, I have a class for you at Maitri Yoga Studio, Drogheda.
Prenatal Yoga
A gentle, supportive space for expectant mothers to prepare your body and mind for birth.
* Focus: Safe movements for common pregnancy aches, powerful breathwork and hypnobirthing techniques for labour, and deep relaxation to connect with your baby.
* When: Wednesdays, 8-9pm

Nurture Hive: Mum & Baby Yoga
My most loved class! A zero-pressure zone designed to nurture you during the "fourth trimester" and bond with your new arrival.
* Focus: Gently rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor, relieving shoulder tension, and fun movements and massage for baby's development and digestion. Build community and meet your mama tribe in a baby-led, non-judgmental space.
* When: Saturday mornings (Monthly)

Family /Adult & Child Yoga
A playful session for families of all types to connect!
* Focus: Building bonds through movement, laughter, partner poses, and shared relaxation. This is a fantastic way for kids to channel energy and connect together as a family.
When: weekend mornings (Seasonal)

Step into a gentle, heart-centered space made just for postpartum mothers and their little ones 💞

Monthly meet-ups and private Facebook group for a nurturing postpartum designed especially for mums in the 4th trimester and their babies.
This gentle and supportive space includes a strengthening yoga flow for you, guided calm relaxation, journalling, and a women's circle to share and connect with others on the same journey.
Enjoy baby yoga, songs, playful interaction, and moments of deep connection together.
Rebuild your strength, find stillness, and connect with yourself and a beautiful community of mothers.
No yoga experience needed—just come as you are.
This is a place to exhale, feel held, and be reminded that you’re not alone in this tender season of early motherhood.

Join me for a weekly Pregnancy Yoga in the gorgeous Maitri Yoga Studio in Drogheda, this class offers much more than just stretching and breathing—it’s designed to empower you mentally, emotionally, and physically for pregnancy, labour, birth and into motherhood.

What to expect:
-Movement to relieve tension and pregnancy aches and pains, especially in the back, hips, and shoulders.
-Stretching to strengthen muscles used in labour and support pelvic health.
-Breathing techniques to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety and stress, and aid body awareness.
-Build mindfulness techniques, creating a sense of calm and connection to your baby.
-Connect with a like-minded community of other pregnant people.
-Deep relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques to release fear and tension.
-Positive birth affirmations to reframe birth as natural and empowering.
-Visualisation exercises to help prepare mentally for birth.

More benefits include improved circulation, digestion, and sleep. Modifications given for each trimester and common pregnancy issues.
