I get asked all the time how I balance it all...the reality of being a primary school teacher, a mom, and a yoga teacher, is all about embracing the chaos!
Teaching has always been my passion—whether it’s guiding little ones through their learning journey in school, leading playful and engaging kids' yoga classes, or supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and menopause.
I truly believe yoga is for every stage of life. ❤️
My kids' and family yoga classes are all about fun, creativity, and helping children build confidence, focus, and resilience in a joyful way.Â
For women navigating the changes of menopause, I offer gentle, supportive practices to ease symptoms, boost energy, and promote overall well-being.
In motherhood, I know how important it is to find moments of calm, connection, and self-care in the midst of busy days. That’s why I love creating a safe, welcoming space where women can move, breathe, and bond—whether with their growing baby bumps or their little ones by their side.Â

P.S the reality is I don't balance it all, all the time! I have great supports, I take time off when I need to and each day my kids grow bigger and more able I get the tiniest little bit more time to do all that I do!
