Time to Heal Reflexology is a natural healing technique; it applies pressure on feet reflexes bringing balance. Galway.

I studied as an African Reflexologist for 2 years in the Marguerite Brady College of African Reflexology and Integrative Medicine in Loughrea, Co. This included completing 20 practical workshops where our technique was learned under the watchful eye of Marguerite, whom has 20 years teaching experience and completing 16 plus case studies. African Reflexology is a gentler form of Reflexology in which the therapist works both feet together. Reflexology is both complementary and can be restorative and will support a person on their life journey, for example during menopause, cancer treatment, long COVID, depression, anxiety, and grief. It’s for anyone including those that just doesn’t feel themselves, it promotes the body, mind and emotions to return to balance. Sarah is a member of the Irish Reflexologist Institute (IRIL) which promotes professional reflexology in Ireland. IRIL members are recognised by VHI, Irish Life Health, Laya Healthcare, which means that clients may be able to get a refund on their health insurance depending on their policy. She is available by appointment and can be contacted on 085 8738542. Sarah also can do home visits within 10km of Borrisokane Town.
