Treasa Barry (née Power),
15 Sandymount Avenue, Birr, Co. Offaly and also the wonderful Birr Community Nursing Unit.
Treasa, formerly of Mullingar, passed away peacefully in her 84th year, on October 7th, 2025, in the kind care of The Brosna Ward at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore.

Pre-deceased by her beloved daughter Sarah (Turley) and her brother Anthony.

She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Gene, her daughter and sons; Lydia, Garrett & Eoin, sons-in-law Richard and Shane, daughters-in-law Vivian and Edel, her adored grandchildren; Seán, Simon, Anna, Christian & Oisín and her wider family and friends.

The death has occurred of Sarah (Sally) Molloy (née O’ Dwyer), Ballinree, Killyon, Birr, Co. Offaly.
Sarah died peacefully on October 2nd, 2025, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore and previously Gallen Priory Nursing Home, Ferbane.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, infant son Laurence, sister Sheila and parents.
Sarah will be sadly missed by her daughters Edel, Catherine, Martina and Sinead, sons in law; Brian (Pey), Brian (Dooley), Tom (Duffy) and Pascal (Horan), her adored grandchildren; Rob, Eve, Darragh and Emmet, her sister Mollie, brothers Murt and Paddy, brother-in-law Tony and sister-in-law Bernie, nieces, nephew, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at her residence in Ballinree (R42 KN20) on Friday October 3rd, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Private removal on Saturday morning to arrive at St. John’s Church, Rath for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

Our dear father Johnny Bracken passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on September 22nd, 2025.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara.

He will by deeply missed by his partner Helen, his children and their partners; Austin (Annmarie), John (Liz ), Kevin (Deirdre), Karen (Alan) and Louise (Enda), his adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rita Boyd (née Kennedy), Emmet Street and formerly of The Stables, Oxmantown Mall, Birr, Co. Offaly, passed peacefully in her 91st, year on September 4th, 2025, in the wonderful care of Ward 3C, University Hospital, Limerick surrounded by her family, having been previously been in the excellent care of Villa Marie, Nursing Home, Roscrea.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Dan.

Rita will be sadly and forever missed by her loving family, sons and daughters; Mary (Quinlan), Roscrea, Deirdre (McCarthy), Roscrea, Donal and Paul, sons-in-law Ray and John, daughters-in-law Caroline and Sinéad, her adored grandchildren; Daniel, David, Brian, Daragh, Kate, Danielle, Thomas, Rachel, Campbell, Marc, Maxwell, Joseph and Oscar, her four great-grandchildren; Heidi, Sonny, Síofra and Sophie, grandsons-in-law Ciarán and Séan, granddaughters - in- law Claire and Aida, sisters-in-law Rita (Kennedy) and Maura (Boyd), Sligo, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Mark Molloy, formerly of 11-12 Main Street, Birr, Co. Offaly, passed away peacefully on August 22nd, 2025, surrounded by his family and the exceptional caregivers of Billistown House, Delvin, aged 54.

Predeceased by his parents William and Patricia, sister Marian, brother Joe, brother-in-law Gerry and forever friend Gerald.

Brother of Mary Frances Joyce and Uncle of Máire, Tomás & Máirtín, Nephew of Carmel Donegan, Cousin of the Joyce & Walshe families of Galway and Boston, Mass, america; Donegans of Birr, Tullamore & Blackrock, Dublin; and the O’Riordans of Coolroe, Co. Offaly, Mountmellick, Passage West, Co. Cork & Biloxi. Miss., america.
He will be missed by his great friends in Cork, Kerry, Wicklow and Dublin and neighbours & friends in Birmingham.
He leaves us the legacy of his photographic genius and skills in tact and diplomacy.

Michael Delaney
Elmgrove, Birr Co.Offaly , formerly of Cobbs Templemore, died Thursday July 31st in his 95th year, peacefully in the care of Birr Community Nursing Unit. Pre-deceased by his cherished wife Eva, his parents John and Bridget, brothers, Seán, Liam and Paddy.

Sadly missed by his daughter, Martina , son-in-law Brendan , beloved grandchildren Aoife, Oisín, Fionn, Diarmuid and Clodagh. His granddaughter-in-law Victoria. Sister Breda, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home, St. Anthony's, Elmgrove. Birr. Saturday 2nd Aug. 5pm to 7pm, removal on Sunday 3rd August to St. Brendan's RC. Church for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
