Every May the Green Ribbon Campaign takes place, aiming to get people talking openly about common mental health problems.
Everyone has their physical health, with all its ups and downs. Everyone also has their mental health, with all its ups and downs. But why do talk so much more openly about our physical health than our mental health?
This May help break the stigma.

As 2018 comes to a close, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all my clients for their ongoing support and wish you all a happy Christmas and a healthy and happy 2019.

Rather than sending Christmas cards this year, I have made a donation to Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland, and signed up to abseil from the top of Croke Park next year...mad, I know! Over the next few months, I’ll be looking for sponsorship so if you have a few spare euros after the festivities it’d be much appreciated.

Now that we’ve looked at the chakras briefly, it’s important to remember that each chakra has an impact on both our physical and emotional state.
When chakras are unbalanced, the effects can be noticed as a physical ache or pain but equally may noticed as an emotional imbalance or someone just acting out of character.
