It takes a village to make this little dream of mine flourish!

All the props, mats, blankets and bolsters are washed, repaired, ready for classes starting back in September. Thanks .ireland, mum, our wonderful cleaner and studio manager .

The plants who were lovingly minded over the summer have been returned. Thanks Mum! 🤞🏼 I don't kill them now!

The noticeboards have been updated. Thanks & her mum.

We've a lot of fabulous offerings coming up over the next few weeks and months. Thanks to our wonderful teachers and therapists. .ireland

And most of thanks to everyone who trusts us and who's joined us for any length of time . It truly takes a village and I'm so grateful to each and every one of you!

Happy International Woman's Day to all the wonderful women in my life.

You made me, you shaped me, you inspire me, you motivate me, you teach me, you hold me, you absolutely rock!

I have the enormous privilege of working with 100s of women each week. Everyone of you has contributed to make me who I am and everyone of you has inspired me on my journey.

My mum, sister, aunties, grannies, friends, the little women in my life, my teachers, my students, every single woman who I've had the pleasure of knowing. Today I thank you. Today I celebrate you! Happy International Woman's Day!
