Shannon Gaels and Scoil Naomh Padraig are teaming up to launch a 10 Week Couch to 5K Programme and we want YOU to join us!

📍 Shannon Gaels Track�🗓 Starting Wednesday 25th February�⏰ Every Wednesday at 6:30pm�💛 Completely FREE�❤️ All ages and all abilities welcome�🏃 Run, walk or jog

The programme will build up over 10 weeks and finish with Scoil Naomh Padraig’s 5km on Sunday 3rd May – what a goal to work towards together 🙌
