Roisin will be home from Singapore this Xmas and she will hold a pop up vinyasa classe for us all to enjoy. Her class will blend strength and stretch with a clear focus on functional movement and anatomy. The practice is dynamic yet accessible, with options for all levels. Together we break down more challenging poses, making them approachable and achievable, while building strength, stability, and mobility along the way.

Athletic Reformer – Power, Performance, and Precision
This dynamic, full-body class takes Reformer Pilates incorporates athletic-inspired movements, added resistance, and gym-style exercises. Expect a faster pace and more intensity, combining traditional Pilates principles with strength and conditioning techniques.
Using hand weights and the Reformer’s resistance, you’ll perform exercises to build strength, endurance, and power. Breath and core connection remain at the heart of every movement, ensuring control and alignment even through high-energy sequences.

You’ll continue to focus on the core principles of Pilates—breath, alignment, and mindful movement—while exploring greater range of motion and resistance to challenge your coordination and endurance.
The use of props such as the Pilates ring, small ball, or hand weights adds variety and deeper engagement to your practice. Each class is thoughtfully paced to encourage progress while maintaining precision and control.

Join Karen on Tuesday evenings for a new beginner class starting this October! These classes have a slower pace of practice where you will be guided and supported through a range of poses to aid ease and relaxation on and off the mat. Ideal for beginners or those looking for a gentler experience, each class will include breathwork and end with deep relaxation. Classes are suitable for complete beginners or people returning to practice. We’ll go slow but get a good stretch – leaving you calm and relaxed for the week ahead.
