Therapy room for rent in Blarney Village.

I’m renting out my gorgeous therapy room to counsellors/psychotherapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, courses (small groups), group supervision, grinds etc.
it’s available most evenings and most Sundays.

And sew it begins 🧵🧵🪡🪡
I’m in the process of making my beautiful (they really are)sleep/meditation eye pillows.
My last batch sold out quickly sew the pressure is on to make more, no pressure because I adore making them 💖
Most are made with super soft cotton and I’ll have a couple in silk.
They’re filled with rice and dried organic lavender flowers and the outer covers are removable for washing.
I can’t wait to show you the finished products but have a peep at the pics.

Clinical reflexology for children-adolescents.

Two of my gorgeous clients today were children, an 8 week old and an almost 5 year old, sorry, 4 and a half 😜 and both suffer with tummy issues, particularly slow bowel function bordering on constipation.
Both have a bowel movement just once a week and both experience discomfort .

Of course I treated these beautiful children, however, empowering parents is incredibly important and both were taught a reflexology and massage sequence specifically designed to soothe the digestive, lymphatic systems and to activate the vagus nerve.
The combination of treatments soothes and balances and truly works when practiced.
I work with all ages from newborns to older adult and every age in between and i pride myself on my calm quiet space.

It’s been a week as they say, whoever they are.
A week where yet again, I realise how unbelievably lucky i am to work for myself and to work in my beautiful clinic.
I realised that I’ve never spoken out about who I love to work with, so here goes.
I love to work with all genders and none, whether you’re trans, non-binary, gender fluid, q***r, cisgender etc, you’re beyond welcome.
If you’re on the autism spectrum, you’re beyond welcome.

I love the one-one and small group interaction, whether you’re here for a treatment, a class or workshops, you’re welcome.
Now, here’s the caveat, for those who think that any of the above mentioned is less than or inferior, we’ll work on why they believe that. 🤓.

Friday 14th 11:30.
3 spaces left in Friday’s guided meditation, 9:30-11am, no experience required.
