These are challenging times, and I have personally always found it very supportive to confide in a professional who is not family or friend, but who can be completely neutral and non judgmental in their listening, and therefore EMPOWER you to overcome that which seems to hold you back.

When I started this work nearly 25 years ago, I used to take it personally if a client didn’t return for a second session. With the passing years I learned that sometimes one session is all it takes to get clear about an issue! It may take three to get stronger in your resolve, or ten if you’re really committed to living your best life! Or it may take longer if you’re like me and constantly forget what you learn and need reminding! I like clients to trust themselves in choosing what they need!
