Yoga for living with cancer with yogaforcancer
Learning Outcome

Understanding cancer terminology. Diagnosis and grading of cancer. Treatment for breast cancer and implications of reconstructive surgery. Lymphoedema and cording and how to adapt the class to allow people to increase range of motion and build strength slowly and in a safe way. How your class can minimise muscle atrophy and keep blood and lymph circulating to help promote well-being.

Understanding the A-Z of Side effects, building a toolbox and being able to use your skills as a yoga teacher or therapist to adapt classes so that the class is accessible and inclusive to all.

Maria Liddy is a Family Constellations facilitator, Death Doula and Celebrant. She is a kind and patient space holder here to support you on your constellations journey.

Family Constellations is a deep and intense healing modality that explores hidden dynamics & emotional entanglements within families.

Guided by the facilitatir, this approach will invite representatives within the holding circle, through a series of healing sentences and somatic movements, to help explore & unlock new insights around generational patterns and conflicts in your family system.

The aim of the session is to reveal what might be blocking the flow of love and life in our system, to re-member those who have been forgotten and to acknowledge deep seated loyalties so that they can be given thier rightful place.

This event is organised by TRE practitioner Magdalena Michalewicz and will include some gentle Trauma Release Exercises throughout the day.

As the hour springs forward we will
honour the seasonal wheel of the year, attuning to the cycles and rhythms of life's sacred flow.

There's a natural cycle of life: it begins, it sustains, it lets go.

By flowing with this cycle and learning to align with it, we will experience ourselves within the natural flow which we are apart of and tap into the underlying fabric that is woven into all life.

The natural cycles help us tap into the intelligence of the universe, from which the cycles originate.

You might think of this intelligence as consciousness.

We at Studio Eleven Boyle a beautiful purpose built yoga studio are delighted to host yogaforcancer with Vicky Fox, this training is going to deepen your knowledge to the huge range symptoms that can be nourished through the many aspects of yoga.

There will be reading and teaching one recorded class required for full certification

October 22-25th with a limited early bird offering of €650 , this is actually cheaper than any of Vickies training offered this year. We are very lucky to have this opportunity to study with Vicky here in Ireland .
