With my roots from the birthplace of yoga, Asana practice was such a personal episode in my life. When I moved to the west and continued my practice, I found the world of a difference in how approachable and accessible Asana and Meditation are, to any of us. This then inspired me to take my practice to the next level, and that is to share. I completed my Power Vinyasa 200 Hr Teacher Trainnig at what I call my second home, Lumi Power Yoga. Since then I've been teaching at Lumi and also on the continuous look out to expanding my horizon. I aspire to bring back yoga to my home, in a more accessible way, for us to be more connected to our inner awareness.

On this Hanuman Jayanthi evening, may we invoke His presence, his power and his grace so we can
walk the path of devotion with steadiness and heart, in anything that we are setting out to do.

Journey through the Chakras - Honoring the Heart

A 3 hour sadhana to connect within the subtle body.

This is an afternoon that invites you to experience many elements of Yogic practices. A very heart centered immersion, this is an invitation for you to soften, listen deeply, and honour the wisdom of the body as we move through cycles of change — returning to balance, openness, and wholeness.

Free Hand Sri Yantra with my dearest teacher

Constructing a Yantra is so so so sacred. It feels like a tonic ! To construct one free-hand. No measurements, just intuition ! going with the flow to see how Devi (Goddess) shows herself up as you construct her with utmost devotion and happiness !

Was confronting to see these imperfections, but so rewarding to know that it's in imperfections that Goddess chooses to shine.

This was massive, long coming and has set me up for the big upcoming weekend. Honored to always learn from you

Sovereign Goddess, I am seeking validation from you Devi....
To infuse me with the feeling that I belong
That I add value
That I am cherished and
That I am ENOUGH !

Marrakech Spring Forward 2026

Blooming beauty of a week this was for us all !
Heart is so full connecting with one of the most incredible group of women. What an honor to hold them, what an honor to be held by them ! This was a week of true unravelling for a few, a week of uniting, a week of accepting and a week of blooming for a few.

Coziest stay, nourishing food, calls to prayer, desert magic, chaos to cocoon,Hammam cleansing, this experience was a sensual awakening filled feminine intelligence and embodied presence !

Thank you to each of these beautiful Goddesses for your presence, power and for your very being !
