Our monthly community gathering for the Ecstatic Journey.
☀️ A special Summer Solstice Special ☀️
Tapping into the celebratory and vibrant joyful energy of this time of year. I'm full of energy and joy after Beyond The Pale - such a great reminder of the power of people coming together to celebrate and be moved by music and community.

THURSDAY 19th June starting 7pm sharp. Finish 9.30pm
Sli na Bande, Newtownmountkennedy. A63DD78. Cost is €15

This specifically designed shamanic journey is a potent way to move past any stuck energy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It connects us more deeply to ourselves and assists our connection to non ordinary states of consciousness.

We gather and sit in circle at 7pm sharp at the beautiful cabin in Sli na Bande, Newtownmountkennedy (A63 DD78).

After sharing circle and opening of space, we use music, movement, breath and then I will be drumming as you drop into your shamanic journey. We integrate and close the space by sitting in circle to share our experiences.
