Library will be running a Series of One Hour Perimenopause/Menopause workshops on 3 consecutive Saturdays starting April 6th at 3pm and Sat 13th April at 3pm; Sat 20th April at 3pm thereafter.
All three sessions are free to attend and places may be booked by emailing ballywaltrimlibrary@wicklowcoco.ie or telephoning (01-2723205)

Hi and welcome! I'm Anna Poznanska, the founder of Physio & Wellness Hub. I'm a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Certified Low Pressure Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Holistic Therapist. For nearly 20 years, I've been dedicated to women's health, blending physiotherapy and holistic therapies to create a unique approach to wellness.I hold certificates in Acupuncture, Massage, Maternity Reflexology, and Infant Massage.

As a working mom in my 40s, I've delved deep into perimenopause and menopause to better serve women navigating this challenging transition.I've trained with the Integrative Women's Health Institute, earning a Perimenopause and Menopause Program Certificate. I'm constantly researching and expanding my knowledge to support my patients in the best possible way, and thats what led me to dive deep into what seems to be the root cause of many wonen's health issues - constipation.

My philosophy is simple: I focus on addressing the systems of the body and systems of support rather than just chasing symptoms. I believe in combining traditional and holistic medicine and exercise for true well-being.I treat women of all ages and stages of life, using my expertise to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
