💫Baby Massage Classes💫
These classes are run over 5 weeks, the classes are really relaxed, and most importantly, they are baby led, so feeding, changing, cuddling, and sleeping comes first. Not only will you learn simple but effective, nurturing massage techniques to help ease colic, contipation, teething, sleep and get to spend one to one time with your baby, but you will also meet other parents, share experiences, forming a community which supports, encourages and empowers each other.
Usually we start at 10.00 am and finish around 11.30ish but sometimes the chats with tea/coffee at the end go on a bit longer☺️
Investment is €120 for the 5 week Course, which €50 Deposit is required to keep your place. If you have health insurance, please check with them, as the different insurances refund different amounts.
