I've never done a yoga session and thought - that was a bad idea. Sure, my mind fights me on it sometimes and gives me all sorts of excuses not to do it but I just get on the mat.
Sometimes I just sit for a while and then,.. I begin to move. One movement leads to another. You always do more than you intended because the energy starts to flow and it feels good! That tired feeling,..that I feel stuck and don't know where I'm going with life - that's gone too! How interesting! β¨
Yoga & Movement have been an Amazing tool for me. It's something I can lean on for support. Maybe it could be a support for you too! No previous Yoga Experience needed. All Welcome π
