It's been Awesome and a reminder to continue to surround myself with Beautiful People who don't just think Beautiful things about you ,..they say the Beautiful things about you ✨ ✨ ✨

I feel like I was collecting Beautiful Souls throughout 2025💛 I feel in love a bunch of times with Incredible people I met along the way but most of all I feel deeper in love with Myself 💖

As I look back on 2025 I feel Grateful for the connections and experiences. For the growth and transformation ✨

I am grateful for my family who support me all the way! A Special shout out to my Sister Gillian Byrne who never fails to like my posts ✨ There is such Beauty in support like this,.. though it may seem small it really means a lot! Dad you come in a close second 😘 You might have missed one or two 😆 Mam isn't on Socials but she has demonstrated strength and resilience all my life and for this I am Truly Grateful 💛

Let's not forget that Incredibly Important Role 💛

Most of all I became MORE. More honest with myself, More confident, More Capable, More Grounded in my Truth. ✨

This year my word is Root. I will Root deeper into the fullness of who I Am and I will bring more gold to the surface. I will bring it with Purpose and Love because that what I'm all about 💛

What's This??
,..This is a picture of my heart 💖
Some of you might be thinking what the F is she on about but those who Hold Space know what I'm talking about.
When you prepare a space as Sacred you do it with your Heart 💖 You lovingly placed each piece with reverance and honour. It is a Beautiful experience to prepare a space like this ✨✨✨
This is felt when people enter the space ,..it says this is all for you and you are worth it 💛

I resonate alot with rocks. There is a time I would have been embarrassed to say that on here but these past couple years in particular I've met so many more people who feel this way who remember themselves as nature 🌿

I'm not sure if I find the treasures or if they find Me 😊 Either way I'm happy to meet their aquaintence ,..a new rock friend, a interesting looking stick, shells, leaves, feathers all because they winked at me and said "take me home." I place them about the house and enjoy them 💛

So when I prepared this space on Saturday for our Women's Circle I did it with my heart. It is a ritual, offering up my treasures and pieces I love. The vase in the centre represents our feminine vessel which we used in Ceremony to set our intentions ✨

My heart smiles when it finds a piece to take home and so all of those heart smiles are placed here on the altar. That's a lot of heart and alot of love for Women to gather round ✨ Each piece is Special and each Women is Special so to me it makes sense 💛

Our Next Womens Circle will be in January ,..date to be confirmed ✨

Some Beautiful feedback from Our Women's Circle last week 💛💛💛

I experienced the few hours in the beautiful environment and atmosphere Sarah-Jane had created as sacred. I came with a very open heart and feel I was so blessed by all of it. The healing mediation, the foot massage and meeting and welcoming the emotions was incredible. Sarah- Jane has an incredible blend of wisdom, love compassion and power all expressed in such gentleness. I felt safe to explore my emotions, to express them. Amazing to hear the sound of what I think is my truest voice. Your face massage was like being anointed. After that I fell asleep 😊 my deepest thanks for what you give. Xx

I’d just love to say that yesterday was a very nourishing day Sarah Jane. From the minute I came in the door until I left, it felt so soul satisfying. As it was rightly pointed out yesterday, you go way beyond any expectations,...you are so giving to all the ladies that attend . You truly are a beautiful lady that has such a special gift . The world is a better place now that you’re in it ❤️🙏🌹

The women’s healing circle with Sarah Jane was exactly that - healing!! We were embraced and cleansed, guided through a meditation, treated to body work massage, guided through gentle somatic movement, taken on an exquisite healing journey and rounded up with dance. All this in one session…it was amazing! It was a really respectful, safe space and it felt more like being on a retreat. Honoured to have sat in space with you SJ. Thank you so much for the experience 💕💕💕

Im feeling very grateful today ✨ The Womens Circle I held at the weekend was Amazing!! I'm still integrating how Magical it was so more on that later in the week ✨✨✨

This afternoon I had a new client come. She was referred to me from one of my clients in Belfast.

The people who come are Incredible!
What I get to witness is Sacred ✨
How people body's respond when they finally feel safe enough to let go. It is a very humbling experience ✨

Healing is not something that happens out there somewhere or written in a book from long ago. It happens inside of us, inside of our body.

The truth is We are all healers,..when you cut yourself,..you heal,..when you find the strength to let something go ,..you heal. When you are no longer controlled by something that has happened in the past ,..a healing has occured.

Healing is an everyday force that keeps moving us forward,...that force is called life. Do you feel it??
I certainly do! Something that lives inside my chest that keeps saying get up and keep going. I feel blessed to have a connection to this force and I believe it's what helps me to help others ✨

I am deeply humbled by my work and where it takes me in my treatments, in my classes and at my events ✨

I create the space and hold the door open for Healing to occur ,..you don't have to be ready to step in ,..you only have to be willing 🙏

Life keeps leading to more Life ✨
