✨ Let’s talk about one often overlooked mineral: Zinc.

Back home after the most beautiful time away in Italy with my family and some friends. Honestly, my heart feels so full. It was exactly what I needed — time to relax, switch off, let the hair down, laugh, and just enjoy being present.
Life really is made up of these simple, special moments. The ups, the downs, the quiet in-betweens — I’m grateful for it all. 🧡

GRATITUDE…
There is NOTHING better you can do as the dawn draws you out of slumber than to feel gratitude for what you have…
Eyes that open and see? Wow. How blessed you are. A body that moves you as you need? How blessed you are.
To sit in gratitude is to flood your body with love (oxytocin) and feel good chemicals which instruct your cells to vibrate in health. The science of this is fascinating. Once you see that information, you are awake.
I spent a week with 2200 people at the retreat in Mexico, 80% of them were there to be healed. Many of them were breathtakingly beautiful young people who simply dream of more time on this earth.
Spending time around that passion for life and those who are facing the loss of that, is a game changer.
Whatever problems you face today, you are alive. In this miracle of a world with unlimited possibilities. You are in control, even if it feels the opposite. Because you can control how you feel. You can choose to sit in gratitude and not bitterness.
Like choosing to bathe in bubbles as opposed to harsh chemicals. You just wouldn’t, would you?
Bathe your body in gratitude today. Open your eyes and see it all.
