I was delighted to facilitate a Sound Bath for this wonderful Event organized for carers by Inishowen Development Partnership . Thank you also to the Inishowen Gateway Hotel, Buncrana, County Donegal
Our 8-week ‘Exploring Me – Care4Carers’ programme came to a meaningful close yesterday with a calming Sound Bath Session led by Marie Fitzpatrick.
There’s a well-known saying: “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” This sentiment captured the heart of the programme, which focused on the importance of self-care, health, and wellbeing. By prioritising your own needs, you’re better equipped to care for others and take the next steps in your employability journey with strength and resilience.
Exploring Me is a self-discovery programme for individuals who have caring responsibilities giving them the opportunity to focus on themselves, their health and wellbeing and explore opportunities for development and employment.
We are currently taking names for our next programme, starting in September 2025 in the Carndonagh area.
