Let's turn the volume up on the Fun this Saturday 23rd May at the Sacred Rave ⭐ Old Skool Classics 6-9pm Freedom Pilates Buncrana

This is a Sober Event where we explore a new kind of night out! One where you dance like no ones watching, meet new people and wake up the next day feeling good!

Here a little run through of what's happening on the night ⭐

6-6:30pm Landing into the space, optional face and or body paint. Neon of course 😊

6:30-7pm Cacao Ceremony, Intention Setting, Gentle Movement ~ Opening up the body

7-8:30pm We DANCE
I will have the massage chair with me so Massage Available 7:30-8:30pm 🤗

8:30-9pm Wind down & Grounding.
