Introducing my new School Wellbeing Programs 26/27 for pupils, staff, and parents.
I’m offering a series of mindfulness and meditation sessions designed to reduce stress, improve mental health, and create a calmer, more connected school community. Parents can join practical workshops and ongoing sessions to learn tools for supporting their children’s emotional wellbeing and strengthening family relationships. Staff can access standalone or ongoing wellbeing sessions to manage stress, prevent burnout, and foster a more positive work-life balance. Pupils aged 4–12 can take part in engaging one-off or weekly sessions using stories, arts and crafts, relaxation exercises, and mindful movement to build focus, resilience, and self-esteem.
