Looking for something quick to grab on your rush out the door in the mornings?? 🤗

** Breakfast Bites **

Ingredients
- 500g gluten free oats
- 200g blueberries
- 2 large ripe banana's
- 1 cup of seasame seeds
- 1 cup of gogi berries
- 1 cup of cacao nibs
- 1 cup of dates
- 1 cup of flaxseed
- 1 cup of ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons of local honey
- 500g of natural yogurt ( I used glensik goats milk yogurt)

Method
- Finely chop up banana's and dates
- Squeeze blueberries into mixing bowl
- Add all ingredients and mix together
- Bake in oven at 100 degrees until golden brown (30minutes)

15minutes prep time and you have your healthy on the go breakfast 🍇🍌🍚☕

** Gluten Free Banana Porridge Bread **

3 simple ingredients

Gluten free oats 500g ( Aldi )
1 x pot of Natural full fat organic yogurt (Aldi)
OR
6 x small pots of glensik natural goats yogurt(supervalu)
3 ripe banana's chopped finely

For extra goodness add in
Milled flaxseed or/and milk kefir

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing and divide into two baking tins lined with baking paper. Bake for 90 minutes at 175 or gas mark 5 in the middle shelf of your oven

Prep time 10 minutes. A simple and tasty recipe for all the family 🍞👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
