Our FLOW+PERFORM can be used in so many ways, including in baked goods and sweet treats! This recipe is for extra-coconutty macarons using our FLOW+PERFORM Tropical Coconut flavour - we hope you love them! 🥥

INGREDIENTS
1 x egg
30g of FLOW+PERFORM Tropical Coconut
100g of desiccated coconut
80g of maple syrup

METHOD:
Whisk the egg with the maple syrup together in a bowl.
Add the coconut and protein powder to the mixture.
Leave the mix to rest in the fridge for 30 min.
Create little balls and make them spiked on top!
Bake in the oven at 180º for 10 to 15 min (or until they’re golden in colour)
Let them rest for 15min, and enjoy!

Starting the week off right with a refreshing Mango + Coconut Protein Bowl 🥭🌱

Packed full of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, antioxidants and vegan Omega 3's and 6's and of course vegan protein, our FLOW+PERFORM is superior to any other plant protein you'll find on the market! 🌱

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Banana (chopped and frozen)
100g Mango (chopped and frozen)
1/2 cup of plant milk

To top:
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1tbsp coconut flakes

METHOD:
1. Put all ingredients for the smoothie base in a high speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. You may add a splash of coconut water to assist with blending if it's difficult. The texture you're looking for is thick and creamy, like slightly melted ice cream.
2. Pour your smoothie base into a bowl and dress with toppings. Enjoy!
