Be yourself, unapologetically.

Words ringing in my ears all morning.

We’ve learned to create characters which help to navigate society, but the charade is thinning.

The cosmos is shifting. We all feel it. We all want change. But change starts within. So I say this:

Be yourself unapologetically and allow the universe to reflect back at that authentic state you’ve allowed yourself to exist within. Feel the sweet freedom. Reap the rewards of living the life you’ve always wanted to live 🕺🔥💃

Hourglass Syndrome / Stomach Gripping

Conditioned to feel ashamed of a natural distension of the belly. We eat, we drink, we bloat as we digest. All a natural process.

In fear of judgement, we often subconsciously suck in out stomachs, leading to a sympathetic state of mind. Fight or flight mode.

Thoughts from a death bed.

A moment not many will get to experience in his/her 20’s. I would not wish it on anyone, however the memories are invaluable now as I live on.

Community. That’s what it means 🙏🏻

Slowly but surely, we continue to gain traction. From what once was a fleeting thought, now is manifesting itself within reality.

I’m going to keep sharing my experience for now, as there is plenty of it yet to go 😆 Eventually, I plan to open up space for anyone else who feels like sharing their own journey to do just that. I’m very excited for that phase of Symbiotic Vibration to begin developing itself 🙏🏻

We will keep an organic pace however. Nothing needs to be rushed in life 🫶🏼

Dying for yourself, to become you.

Sacrificing your current self. Not physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

The willingness to release old patterns, identities, addictions, and versions of yourself that no longer serve the one you are growing in to.

Naming the loss.

Allowing ourselves to explore memories, relationships, past versions of us.

Giving ourselves permission to grieve. Permission to mourn. Space to feel what thoughts, emotions and bodily activations are coming with these grievances.

By doing so, we allow ourselves to create space for growth. Think of the caterpillar digesting itself in order to evolve in to a beautiful butterfly 🦋
