Hi all! Hope you're all having an amazing Sunday. This month is nearly over and I just realised I'm actually 7 years in the business since the 18th 😜. Time flies when you're too busy 😅.

Last day of work today both in my normal day job and my holistic business. I just have to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who kept my business going, to all my family and friends for their trust and continuous referral. I love you all. See you in the New Year 🙏❤️

It's a wrap! I finished this years trance mediumship and trance healing course. Today we worked with the energy of the elementals, you wouldn't know what energy will blend with you, be it fire, earth, water or air, even elves or fairies. As I was giving healing I felt so hot I thought I was having a mild fever then I realize the fire energy was working with me. When I was receiving the healing air energy was working with the person dealing with me. I enjoyed this workshop so much. It's always a pleasure to work with spirits and even the elemental energies today was energising. Thanks to my mentor Chris who has helped me a lot in this journey ❤️

I just met my oldest client today. She's like a breath of fresh air. When I see her walking out of her car with a walking stick I asked her what age she is. And she said she's nearly 89 😱! I can't believe it she looks great for her age and she came for a deep tissue massage for our session. And when we finish she asked can she book another session next week, and I'm like? Are you serious 🤔😅😁

Welcome and thank you for dropping by. Let me introduce myself, my name is Rowena Hayes (formerly Rowena Dela Cruz) was born in Cebu City, Philippines. I studied Physiotherapy in Cebu Doctors Hospital and has a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. I moved to Ireland in 2006. I share my home with my husband and 3 fabulous children, a 13-year-old son and twin toddler girls. My busy household acts as inspiration to me as I am passionate about creating a future where my children will experience a more Conscious world.
I has vast experience in IT having worked with companies such as Sykes Asia in my home country then IT department of Cork County Council and Apple Computers in Cork. My calling to work with people diverted me from working in the technology sector and I sought out work in health care, since then I have spent most of my time working as a health care assistant with the HSE and now employed by St Joseph’s Foundation. I have a natural empathy for people, have such a positive attitude and this is reflected in my work, anyone who works with me benefits from my generous warm spirit. I am a creator of magnitude, always focused on the creation of happiness and no matter what obstacle might appear, I will always see the solution.
I have a natural gift to manifest, has a strong intuition and follows my internal guidance which serves me greatly on a daily basis. My love of creation and my capacities with Energy inspired me to seek training in complimentary therapies.

Outside the holistic side of things I am very much into anything new age. From a very young age I am very aware of my invisible guiding force that has helped and saved me in a lot of crucial situations. Not until later in life that I discovered my Native American guide has been my driving force. Since 2007 I have been learning about the use of oracle cards, crystals, pendulum dowsing and anything in the spiritual field.
My special gift of clairsentience helps me tune in to people emotions, pains and dis-ease in the body. I have the ability to feel and experience the energy in an intuitive way.
