I’m a qualified personal trainer & nutritionist (with qualification in pre & post-natal coaching) and have been coaching for 7+ years now, helping busy women to take control of their lives & step forward into their fittest, most confident versions!

I take a holistic approach to health & fitness, taking into consideration not just exercise & movement, but also mindset, nutrition, habits & lifestyle factors (everything from stressors to your sleep!)

What Semi-Private PT includes:

▪️See real results working off a tailored progressive workout program
