Having a real Christmassy morning in the Scout Hall. Santa is here and there are lots of goodies for sale. 🎅🎅🎅
All proceeds go to the scout group for an upcoming venture to London.
Pop out for a few minutes! Santa is happy to have your pets photo done too 🐕 🐈 🐭 🎅

What a lovely morning we had in my Caherdavin group. Christmas taster always stirs our members imaginations!
We had everything from Carbonara, strawberries dipped in chocolate, eton mess to homemade “rolo” sweets, tomato soup and cheese on crackers! All Slimming World recipes! Who says you have to give up your favourites to lose weight?? WE DON’T!!!
BTW….. the mulled wine went down a treat. (Also a slimming world recipe)

What a great fun night at the 80s and 90s Christmas party! The place is buzzing. Pity I had to leave early to get ready for my group in the morning.

Seven years ago today I achieved my 4.5 stone award! The best decision I ever made was going to Pamela Slimming World Limerick’s group, about 1 year before.
I have never looked back. I wasn’t a simple journey, very erratic at times but absolutely worth it!
I have found the confidence to change my career and become a Slimming World consultant with my group Slimming World Caherdavin with Ger Saturday Morning
The health benefits of losing all that weight, well just to say, I no longer gasp for air climbing the stairs, my cholesterol and blood pressure is in much better shape and I am eating tasty fresh foods which I would never consider before.
