FULL MOON WALK
A Moving Meditation

Thursday 9th March

Join myself and under the full moon for a gentle walk up to the pre famine village at Cill Rialiag, passing through a small spruce grove to connect with the beautiful tree energy.

We are lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world that has the added super advantage of being on very spiritual Michael Ley Line (also Apollo Line). This beautiful energy is so evident when like minded souls come together under a powerful full moon - those who came to our Moonstruck Events last year will certainly attest to that. (Moonstruck will be starting up again in April)

This powerful March Full Worm Moon is in Virgo, the moon that signifies winter is at last over. This moon is all about being good enough! Let this full moon in Virgo help you feel good enough! Good enough for your dreams. Good enough to share your talents and good enough to stand in your own brilliance.

We will do a beautiful Reiki Meditation on these theme.

THIS WALK IS WEATHER DEPENDENT

We will meet by the playground area at Ballinskelligs Car Park and walk from there.

Wear comfortable shoes, comfy clothes. If you have a high vis jacket please bring it along with torch.

Bring a pen & paper.

This walk is easy enough

Map of Intentions, Desires, Hopes, Dreams….

This is the creative activity for the Cacao Circle on Sunday night. Better than a vision board because you can frame this map /artwork and look at it every day.

Still places available to join me for a beautiful evening on the new moon to set intentions.

The evening will start of with a candlelit Cacao drinking & Reiki meditation to open out hearts and intuition. Followed by individual card directed journaling to help focus on your desires and intentions. this will them be followed by the wonderfully creative and therapeutic intentions map making.

The Full moon is more about letting go and making space for new things, ideas etc. The New moon is all about intention setting, focusing on what we want to attract in to our lives.

New Moon in Pisces…

Pisces rules your imagination, creativity and your intuition.

A new moon in Pisces is the perfect time to tune in to our intuition, let our imaginations run wild for the intentions we want to set and do some creative activity to reinforce those intentions.

Cacao will open your heart and help you connect to your intuition on a deep level.

This candlelit Cacao circle and Reiki meditation is a beautiful space to explore your intentions with like minded souls.

We will follow the meditation with a wonderful creative activity to enable you to connect to your higher self and set desires and intentions from your subconscious.

This will be a small group so places will be limited for this , please book early if you wish to attend.

This full snow moon is still in her power. Last night on our full moon walk I told our group this is the moon of more. I guided a meditation on the theme of more. The moon of more - and it invites us to shine a light on where we need/want more.

FULL MOON WALK
Sunday 5th February @ 5.30pm

We will meet at Ballinskelligs Beach car park at 5.20pm and walk along the road up to Cill Rialaig Famine village where we will sit on ancient stones for a Reiki infused meditation under this full snow moon calling on Goddess Bridget to give thanks for Imbolc and guide us planting seeds/intentions for the year to come.

We will do a letting go & intention setting ritual, so bring along a pen and paper.

This full moon in Leo is the moon of more! What more do you want in life? what more do you desire/need? what more can you be? Do you feel you were meant for more? This powerful guided meditation will help you explore this theme.

THIS WALK IS WEATHER DEPENDENT. Although it is supposed to be nice on Sunday 😊. Hopefully we will see the beautiful moon shining in all her glory 🌕

You will need warm clothes, comfy shoes, high vis jacket, torch or hat/headband with torch. water, pen & paper.
Check for high vis and torches.

This is an easy to moderate walk with slow incline on good road. 5km from car park to famine village. Allow for aprox 3 hours duration.

Cost - this is donation based. Suggested €5-€10.

Please note that each participant is responsible for themselves and we are in no way responsible or liable for anyone joining the walk.

While not quite vintage this Saturday at the Swap & Sip, it is certainly a way to be sustainable to reuse, repurpose, recycle preloved clothes! and have a good girly night out.

€10 to attend, BYOB, bring 3-5 items if you have them, you don’t have to bring clothes to attend. You may find something you love or you may not, but either way you will have a good night

If you are coming please get in touch to book & pay - I need to know how many will be coming, so I know how much prosecco to buy!! and also for nibbles. You can also bring along your own drink if you want.

For €20 you get a night out, a few drinks, nibbles, you can try on clothes, and take home some “as new” pieces for your wardrobe. This is going to be a fun girly night.

You are invited to bring along 3-5 pieces with you on the evening. clothes must be in “as new” condition with no stains or bits missing!

PLUS ..as a special addition to the night I have invited a local beautician Lisa from Glow Health & Beauty to come along with some of her amazing products and I might manage to convince her to do a make up demo on some lucky person. ( I can’t wait to get that miraculous eye lash serum! )

Thank you to everyone that made MOONSTRUCK so special this summer in Ballinskelligs.

the bottom of our hearts - we couldn’t do it without all of you that attend.

Sadly, we won’t be doing any MOONSTRUCK events over the winter months due to the unpredictable weather, but we will be back again next Spring 2023 and look forward to seeing you all there. 🤗💕✨
