I’m so happy to now be offering two classes for children 💛

To better support each child, I’ve decided to split the ages into two groups. This allows the younger class to stay playful, imaginative and full of fun.

While creating a more nurturing space for the older group ✨

In this class, we can explore a little more like building confidence, supporting emotions, and giving them simple tools to feel calm, grounded, and more connected to themselves.

It feels like such a natural next step, and I know they’ll benefit so much from it 🌿

🌈 Kids Yoga (Ages 4–7) – Tuesdays 4pm
✨ Kids Yoga (Ages 8–10) – Tuesdays 5pm

📅 Beginning March 31st
💰 €40 for 4 weeks

A few weeks ago on Séimí’s birthday I wrote about the day I became a mother.✨

About the moment he arrived and everything changed.
But the truth is becoming a mother isn’t just a moment.
It’s a transformation that keeps unfolding.💛

Motherhood changes you in ways you can’t fully understand until you live it.

It changes your body.
Your nervous system.
Your priorities.
Your heart.

Your DNA literally rewires itself to protect and respond to this tiny human but it goes deeper than biology.
It changes how you move through the world.

The things that used to matter don’t feel the same anymore.
Your heart becomes more open and more vulnerable.
Your fears deepen.
Your love deepens even more.

Some parts of who you used to be fall away.
And new parts of you are born alongside your child.

No one really talks about that part enough.🙏🏻

Motherhood stretches you.
Breaks you open.
Softens you.
Strengthens you in ways you never knew were possible.

Every day since Séimí came into my life, I’ve been becoming someone new.

The day he was born, a mother was born too and she’s still learning who she is.

There is so much wisdom in the nervous system.✨

When we slow down and begin to breathe with awareness, the body starts to soften its grip on everything it has been holding. The mind quiets. The heart opens. Space begins to appear.

Space to feel.
Space to release.
Space to remember who we are beneath the tension and the noise.

Through conscious connected breathwork, we allow the body to move what has been stuck, freeing space in the mind, body and soul.

Not forcing.
Not fixing.
Simply allowing.

Sometimes surrender is the most powerful thing we can do. 🙏🏻

Breathwork doesn’t end when the music stops.✨

The real work the gentle, sacred work begins afterwards.

When we breathe deeply and intentionally, we open the body.
We soften protective layers.
We may stir emotion, memory, insight, or release.🙏🏻

And in those moments, your nervous system is listening closely.

After-care isn’t an optional extra.
It’s how we tell the body:
You’re safe.
I’m here.
We can move slowly now.

Ground yourself.
Drink water.
Eat something nourishing.
Journal what surfaced.
Step outside.
Rest earlier than usual.
Be tender with yourself.

Integration is where the shift settles.
It’s where insight becomes embodied.
It’s where healing roots instead of rushing.

If you’ve ever left a breathwork session feeling open, raw, expanded, or even emotional this is why.

Go gently after you open.

Your system will thank you 💛

For a long time, I lived mostly in my head.

Overthinking. Analysing. Holding everything together from the neck up.

Yoga brought me back into my body.✨

Not just through movement
but through breath.
Through stillness.
Through sound.
Through devotion.

Pranayama taught me how to regulate my nervous system when life feels overwhelming.
Chanting helped me open parts of my heart that words couldn’t reach.
Meditation showed me that I am the witness not the whirlwind of thoughts.

And the deeper teachings remind me that yoga is not confined to the mat.

It’s in how I mother.
How I speak.
How I rest.
How I lead.
How I soften.

Embodiment, for me, is a spiritual practice.🙏🏻

It is choosing to feel.
It is trusting the intelligence of the body.
It is allowing emotion to move instead of suppressing it.

This is the yoga I love.
And this is the yoga I teach.

Not performance.
Not perfection.
But presence.
