I've been practicing Reflexology & Indian Head Massage for over 10 years now and Acupuncture for 5 years. I studied in Cork at The Natural Healing Centre and The College of Oriental Medicine. Complementary medicine is a fantastic way of balancing your bodies' energies and teaching you how to help yourself for whatever is going on with you, whether its anxiety, insomnia, back pain, migraines etc, or even if you just want to keep your body in balance and use it as a preventative medicine.
