📚CPD at the Clinic 📖
It is great to get the team together for an in-clinic CPD (continuous professional development) session on radiculopathy. We discussed assessment, differential diagnosis, and up-to-date evidence- based management to make sure we are providing the best possible care for our patients.
✅Ongoing CPD is a key part of our practice as it keeps our skills sharp, our clinical reasoning strong and ensures our patients benefit from high-quality treatment.

One of the most rewarding parts of our job is seeing our clients get back to what they enjoy doing!

Our detailed assessments (both physically and properly listening to you) ensure we really target the source of your pain and what’s required to get your back to your hobbies/sport.

We use a combination of treatments including massage, joint and spinal manipulations and detailed education regarding the nature of problem and how things can be modified to improve your daily activities.

Each exercise program is based on your current symptoms and the evidence so we know which exercises will really help and how to progress them so you get the results you want!

Good evening! It’s time to introduce myself!

I’m Dave, the new Physiotherapist working at Cahir Physiotherapy Clinic.

I’m lucky enough to have built up 15 years working in the NHS including over a decade in senior physio and advanced practice roles providing second opinion and detailed knowledge of how to improve MSK symptoms. I have also worked extensively in private practice and sporting environments to gain experience of the different settings and how to tailor treatment appropriately.

It was great to kick off today with a busy first clinic getting to know some of you and starting you on the road back to what you love doing🫶!

I always aim to give you a clear diagnosis from the outset, provide evidence based treatments and a structured plan on how to turn things around aiming for long term health 🤝😀.
