Due to the high levels of Influenza and respiratory infections in our community we are extending our opening hours until 7pm today and Thursday 11th this week. Please call as usual to arrange a GP appointment if needed. Thank you.

General Practice Exceptional Measures:

Due to the increased levels of Influenza and other respiratory infections we are introducing extra clinics for patients of our practice over the coming weeks.

These clinics will be scheduled between 5pm and 7pm, commencing 8th December. Full schedule will be advertised shortly.

A wallet has been handed in to us here at Callan Medical Centre, with a medical card, found on the street in Callan earlier this morning. Wishing all our patients a Happy and Healthy Christmas and New Year.

Our surgery is open on the 27th, 30th December (09h00 until 17h00) and 31st December (09h00 until 12h00) for urgent medical needs.

Over the Christmas and weekend periods Caredoc is open for all urgent medical requirements. Caredoc can be contacted at 0818 300365.

We fully reopen on 2nd January at 09h00.

Just a little reminder to our patients to make sure that you have enough medication for the Christmas / New Year period. Remember to order your scripts from us before Friday if you are running out of your medications, allowing enough time for your pharmacy to prepare the meds for you also!
