We will be looking to recruit new members and got through the standards of training and turn out procedures. Training will be provided for all members.. we continue to strive to ensure the safety and well-being of our members and our community

The Irish Heart Foundation learned earlier this year from the most recent National Stroke Audit data
that only 58% of stroke patients got to hospital for specialised clot-busting treatment in the 4.5 hours
recommended in 2021. In addition, separate IPSOS research conducted by the Irish Heart Foundation,
also released earlier this year, showed that only one in ten knew what all four F.A.S.T. letters stood for.
