Occasionally I do share my paintings here.. as when I don’t teach yoga, do yoga, cook or do other million jobs,
I paint!
It is my way of relaxing and meditating too..
so here is my latest painting. I just had an urge to paint flowers and butterflies.
Inspired by one of my favorite quotes:
‘When you chase butterflies,
they will fly away.
But if you create a beautiful garden,
the butterflies will come’..

I always look forward to the wild garlic time..
Ialdo always forget the pesto recipe from last year.. 🙈
But this is tasty and simple!
100g wild garlic (washed)
60g walnuts
Juice of 1 lemon
100ml olive oil and water mix (half and half or whichever way you prefer)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix, put in a clean jar and enjoy while it lasts!

My mother, as most mothers I guess, has always been looking after everyone else but herself. So if she was nearer, this is what I would do for her on Mothers Day.
I’d take her on a mini retreat. I’d give her the experience of being in beautiful nature, guided on a meditation walk, give her the sense of what it’s like to feel the afterglow of a yoga class, and then have chats and laughs while enjoying a tasty healthy vegan lunch made with love.
That is what I would do. And you? 🙏😍

When the sun is shining, the memory of the rain quickly fades..
What a beautiful morning!
We have two Day Retreats this weekend in case you are feeling spontaneous, there are couple of spaces left.
Saturday 7th March - it is a day of Iyengar Yoga with myself, where you align, improve your postural awareness, stretch and strenghten muscles that you didn’t know you had.. 😁, and enjoy a powerful restorative class in the afternoon
Sunday 8th March we have Chakra Yoga Day with Aine Fox
This’s is where the focus is on understanding how our yoga practice relates to different energy centres in the body. A very interesting and fun day.
And of course there will be yummy vegan lunch and a healthy cake.
