These next few days can be crazy busy, stressful & never ending running around.
Take the time to look after yourself
Small acts of self care might look like this.
1. Hopping into bed after a busy day taking 5 min to plan out your breakfast, lunch & dinner for the next day. (I can promise the power of doing this amazing) so worth it!
2. Even a 15 min walk to clear your head helps keep you feel like you haven’t given up on yourself.
3. Prepare your fruit & veg in tubs or zippy bags ready for when you are cooking to make things easier.
4. Think of the easy reheat meals that work for you, so when you come home wreaked something is waiting no matter how your day has been your next meal can be a better option.
Some of my easy go to meals that can be made ahead or popped into the slow cooker
1. lasagne (veg or beef have you tried chicken or pork mince?
2. Curry ( chicken, beef, prawn)
3. Spaghetti Bolognese
4. Chillie con carnie
5. Wrap or boxty pizza
6. Veg or meat stir fry ( have veg pre chopped or buy a fresh veg street mix ) noodles (dried free )or rice(dried free)if you want to keep it easier pre packed noodle & rice will have syns so just check it out on the app or back if your 📕
